Background
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience specializing in grief, loss, cancer, chronic illness and life transitions.
Prior to private practice, I worked for many years at Duke University Medical Center in the Division of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the Department of Neuro-Oncology. Additionally, I maintained clinical roles at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Couric Cancer Center at The University of Virginia, and The Inova Shar Cancer Institute in Fairfax, Virginia.
